SalesRoads is actively seeking a top-tier B2B Sales Representative with exceptional English fluency to join our high-performing, remote sales team. This position offers the flexibility of working 100% remotely, but requires candidates with impeccable business English and a strong background in outbound sales, as we focus on B2B cold calling into the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage U.S.-based business executives in meaningful phone conversations to introduce and set appointments for our clients' products and services.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by demonstrating exceptional communication skills and sales acumen.
  • Participate in comprehensive training sessions to continuously improve your techniques and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native English proficiency with a proven ability to engage confidently in high-level business conversations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B appointment setting, particularly in U.S. markets.
  • Strong phone presence, capable of managing complex objections and securing qualified appointments.
  • Driven, coachable, and results-oriented.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to work from a quiet, remote location.

Earnings and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly base pay of $17 hourly plus uncapped commissions, with a target OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $44,000 to $55,000+ per year.
