Business Development Representative

Overview

Our client, one of the premier Ohio used auto dealerships is looking for a talented Full-Time Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Cincinnati, Ohio.  You will be working in a fast, fun and friendly environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • The Business Development Representative must have the ability to handle phone calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
  • Will be responsible for generating appointments through outbound and inbound calls as well as internet leads.
  • Will engage with potential customers to schedule them to come into the dealership for an appointment.
  • Will have some management oversight over a team of 3 people.

Qualifications and Skills

  • The ideal candidate will enjoy conversing with people over the phone and be skilled at converting interested prospects into warm leads for the sales team.
  • This individual will need to deliver a great customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • They will be very accountable and enjoy striving for sales goals.

Compensation

  • Salary is $40,000 per Year
